| Following up from my message yesterday, I'm here to share the second insight I came away with after doing a "deep dive" on the feedback I received from the Markets Pro community, as well as
what it means for you specifically, should you decide to become
a Markets Pro member...
Let's start by taking a second to review the first insight I shared for those who missed it.
It may sound kind of rudimentary but, there are a large number of people who use (or have used) the platform, and report having
trouble getting timely alerts...
Which is the single most critical part of having access to the same up-to-the-minute, market-moving data that institutions, hedge funds & billionaire investors rely on!
So we knew this was the first thing we had to work on.
That's why we're working on completely overhauling the entire Markets Pro member experience.
How so?
We're implementing an improved member journey that takes you by the hand and walks you through exactly how to get alerts on your mobile phone, and desktop or laptop computer.
We're going to do this in several places to make sure you succeed with Markets Pro: On-platform when you join Markets Pro, with the educational email series you receive as a member, as well as
through two new components of the Markets Pro "offering"...
First, starting next week, anybody who joins Markets Pro will have the opportunity for a 1-on-1 onboarding call where we can personally make sure your alerts are set up in an optimal way, and you understand how to effectively navigate the platform.
Which brings me to the second major insight I got after doing a "deep dive" on the feedback I received from the Markets Pro community...
That is, there are a large number of current (and past) Markets Pro users who didn't, and don't really understand what Markets Pro "is", what Markets Pro really "does", or "how" it does it.
And while this is certainly not the platform or space for me to explain all of that in detail (don't worry, we'll get to that soon enough), it drove me to make a couple of decisions (one of which I explained in detail yesterday - however, it bears repeating), so here they are:
In addition to making sure everybody gets set up properly with their Alerts to make timely trading decisions, in the next few weeks I'm going to host a quick-start group coaching series to ensure
members get the absolute most out of Markets Pro.
In this series I'll: - Cover exactly what Markets Pro is, and isn't, what it does, and doesn't do, and how it works
- Provide an introduction to system trading
- Teach you the difference between a system, and indicators
- Cover fundamental and technical analysis
- Invite successful users to share individual use cases
- And much more!
Speaking of system trading, that takes me to the subject of tomorrow's email update, and will introduce the first major feature addition to Markets Pro, in my opinion, one of the single most important
updates to the platform thus far, and you're not gonna want to
miss it...
So stay tuned for tomorrow's email that will be done in more of a "trading talk" format.
